“I am writing this review on behalf of my grandmother Eva. She was a patient at Carillon a few times in the past couple of months. I felt that she received excellent care and even I was treated wonderfully by all the staff. She would like to thank everyone there for their kindness, compassion and patience. Everyone, especially her nurses on unit 3 were amazing! The quality of the staffers should be commended. If she needs to ever go to rehab again the ONLY place she would choose is Carillon.”

“Fist off all, the staff was very professional and friendly. Upon arrival, the employee at the front desk helped me to check in to the kiosk and was kindly directed me to my destination. Most importantly, the place was clean and neat. I would recommend anyone to visit or be a resident of Carillon.”

“My sister and I visited our brother yesterday! He has gone through a lot between being in the hospital and rehab a few times. We loved the fun banter between my brother and his nurse! It brought a smile to us to see the nurse have a lively exchange with him.”

“Staff has been amazing to date. My mom has come along way and I am thankful to them all! We are looking forward to my mom coming home and it is thanks to the PT, OT, dialysis team, nurses, aids and just the entire staff! Thank you all! My mom will be discharged on Tuesdays and I cannot thank the entire staff enough! Her care has been beyond amazing and we are thrilled with her progress. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done! ❤️”

“My dad was a resident in Carillon’s Memory Care Unit for the last 3 years and I can not say enough about the quality of the staff that cared for him! I live 600 miles away and Julie, the unit manager, went above and beyond to always keep me informed about how my dad was doing. The entire staff on the unit and in the facility is so compassionate and kind. They took great care to engage my dad from the day he arrived, and in the end, when he could do very little for himself, they made sure his every need was taken care of- including holding is hand in his final hours. I am beyond grateful for the love and kindness the Carillon staff shared with my family!”

“Today I had the very unpleasant experience of watching a resident, who I know well, having a serious physical episode…she seemed to jerk and then looked like she was sliding out of her chair…I was informed by a nurse in the room that the nurse from her unit, unit 7 needed to be present. I ran to the nurses station and relayed the information and these nurses along with Ellie ran to her aide….these nurses worked professionally and tirelessly for what seemed like an eternity until the ambulance arrived, they carefully got her to the floor and each took a long turn at administering CPR, and did mouth to mouth until they finally brought her back to life. I was very impressed with their desire and ability to not give up on her, even having to call a code blue.. I hope these nurses, and an CNA involved, get the recognition they deserve.”
