Facilities

Carillon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 315 bed skilled

nursing facility that boasts bright spacious private and semi-

private rooms equipped with Cable TV and HBO. There are 5

courtyards with gazebos throughout our beautifully landscaped

11 acre setting.

Carillon also offers an independent

short-term unit that is fully equipped

to provide the comforts of home.

Our facility offers a wide variety of short-term sub-acute services

including physical therapy in our large open gymnasium, and also

coming soon is construction on a new occupational therapy

gymnasium.

Other features of our Home include two large, well-lit dining

rooms, a beautiful therapeutic recreation room to accommodate

our full calendar of activities and spiritual services, family rooms

with sitting areas, and full parking on premises.
